RDF Television for BBC
Everyday people taking on bad guys Gripping stories of Brits making life tough for criminals through amateur detective work or incredible bravery... sometimes putting their own lives at risk.
Presenters Julia Bradbury (Watchdog) and Adrian Simpson (Police Camera Action!) show how ordinary men and women are fighting back against crime.
We meet the shop owners who banded together to tackle weapon-wielding motorbike thieves, two pensioners who foiled a daring jewellery heist, and the Devon landlord who turned super-sleuth to track down a notorious fraudster.
Julia and Adrian test anti-theft software for smartphones and hear from a computer geek who remotely accessed his laptop to take pictures of the people who stole it!
The show also highlights instances when fighting back goes horribly wrong: a former police officer and his son are stabbed confronting a gang.
